Shiniti Uéno

Former Strasbourg Philharmonic Percussionist, French National Toulouse Capitole Orchestra, Principal Percussion Timpanist. He has received numerous awards, including Paris International Contemporary Music Competition and the Maria Canals International Competition. As a soloist, he has performed concertos by A.Jolivet, P.Creston, W.Kraft and N.T.Dao with orchestras in Japan and abroad. Since his debut, he has performed 40 recitals in Japan and around the world. Over 100 pieces premiered by him. Currently, 5 Solo CDs have been released, and their quality has been highly evaluated. He also devotes himself to the development of musicians, and has produced 9 winners of international percussion competitions. As a judge, he has been invited to international competitions held in various parts of the world (France, Italy, Croatia, Bulgaria, China, South Korea), holds master classes, and is committed to the promotion and development of percussion music.
