Highlights from Six Years of Anticipated Excitement

In 2024, the Hamamatsu International Piano Competition returned after a six-year hiatus, overcoming the challenges of the pandemic. From a record-breaking 638 applicants, 87 pianists were selected to showcase their technical mastery and individuality, resulting in many remarkable performances from the very first round.
