A Clarifying Sensibility and a Poise of Expression.
Thoughts and Feelings Shaped into Sound.

Nina Fujisawa, highly acclaimed both in Japan and internationally presents her long-awaited second solo album, released five years after her debut. Centered on Bach’s Partita No. 2 for Solo Violin, with its monumental Chaconne, the program also features two commissioned works written especially for Fujisawa by Emmanuel Séjourné and Hisayuki Yamashita, as well as Takatsugu Muramatsu’s Land, a work beloved by performers around the world. Each delicate stroke precisely carves the musical form, while the soft, luminous resonance—suggestive of flickering light—fills the space with an immediate and compelling presence. This is an essential recording, richly imbued with the poetic allure of marimba music.
